Joy Lynn Fields Graduates from the Tuck-WBENC Executive Program

Roswell, GA October 30, 2013 — Joy Lynn Inc. announced today that it’s President, Joy Lynn Fields has just completed the Tuck-WBENC Executive Program at Dartmouth.

The Tuck-WBENC Executive Exchange Program at Dartmouth is an intensive, five-day executive development program for WBENC-Certified Women's Business Enterprises (WBEs). Sponsored by IBM, AT&T, Dell, Chevron and many other large corporations, the Tuck-WBENC program is an elite, intensive learning experience for female business executives. It focuses primarily on increasing the competitive advantage and robustness of the participant's own business. Up to 50 WBE attendees are hand-selected to form a learning community that will continue to provide a source of support, expertise, opportunities, and strategic alliances long after graduation.

This general management program is designed to help WBEs that are beyond the startup phase to assess, improve and grow their businesses. To survive and prosper in today's fast-moving, highly volatile business climate, WBEs must ensure they have all the essential components of a highly integrated business,

Participants are carefully chosen from a list of qualified applicants to participate in the program. Sponsors offer scholarships to many of the recipients. Applicants must be WBENC-Certified owners with three to five years of experience running a business and have $300,000+ in annual sales.
